Grassholm Cottage, is part of a small collection of barn conversions on Skerryback Farm.
Grassholm is the smallest of the cottages and somewhat quirky in its split level interior layout. It is tucked away towards the rear of the farm, having its own rear driveway entrance & parking space.
Sandy Haven is a historic hamlet and bay in the village of St Ishmaels, known for its maritime history and as a popular, dog-friendly beach.
The immediate area is characterised by its stunning natural surroundings, nestled in the heart of Pembrokeshire's National Park.
An idyllic estuary is just 2 minutes walk away, a dog heaven and known for its 'crabbing footbridge'.
The coastal path runs past there too.
The Brook Inn pub less than a mile walk away is friendly & provides food with a garden.

The cottage comfortably accommodates 2 adults with a further 2 small single beds in the split level loft upstairs, making an ideal children's den area and has a Juliet balcony looking out onto a wooded area

Yes, there is free parking available for guests at the cottage.

Sandy Haven is positioned centrally in Pembrokeshire so both the south eg Tenby, as well as St David's up the top can easilly be accessed. Guests can also enjoy hiking, beach walks, and exploring local attractions within the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park.
